Full Training Block
Members participate at one (1) TSA Camp plus 7 nominated post camp sessions that cover the key Athletic elements. These sessions of 1 1/2 hrs, involve 3 rotations including Strength/ Power, Speed/ Agility and Mobility/ flexibility drills. The sessions will be held on Monday afternoons from 4.15pm-5.30pm at nominated venues.
Training Sessions Block
The TSA training sessions will help members to learn more about, and participate in, training drills that deliver the programs core Athletic development elements. These sessions will be delivered by accredited coaches in Strength and Conditioning and Athletic Development.The sessions of 1 1/2 hrs, involve 3 rotations including Strength/ Power, Speed/ Agility and Mobility/ flexibility drills. The sessions will be held on Monday afternoons from 4.15pm-5.30pm at nominated venues.
12 month membership
The 12 month membership is for the children and youth who wish to continue to Learn, Improve, Achieve and Believe in their Athletic and Personal Development. At a heavily discounted rate this membership is for the member who has a long term interest in continuing to develop their overall well being. This membership includes participating in 5 camps and 28 training sessions in any 12 month period.
If after participating in their first TSA Camp, the member decides to register for the 12 month membership their initial payment will be deducted from the 12 month membership. This will then provide the member the opportunity to attend a further 4 camps and 28 training sessions in the following 12 month period.

Talent Sports Academy is a program for all junior Athletes who are interested in improving their individual Athletic and Personal development. Encompassing the core Athletic elements of Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Mobility, Flexibility, Visual Training, along with Personal elements of Nutrition, Body Management, Leadership and Life Skills, the program delivers a long term approach to child and youth development. Participants will learn and develop healthy living habits that will have life long benefits. Over the course of the program, participants will get the opportunity to train at some of their regions best training facilities and institutions, including those provided for State and National sporting teams. This High Performance program has been developed by accredited staff in the fields of Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Progression, Sports Nutrition, Sports Science and Sports Health and Medicine appropriate for child and youth. Take this opportunity to give your child the best opportunity to reach their "true potential" under the guidance of High Performance coaches and professionals.
All camp participants are required to bring appropriate training shorts, joggers and football boots or turf runners. The TSA Camp application forms must be completed and signed by a parent/ primary carer prior to attending the Camp.
