Paul’s Body Engineering

Welcome to Paul's Body Engineering.

My journey in fitness started as a teenager, where I started my career in Rugby Union and after leaving school continued to play for my local club and represented the Sunshine coast over a 10 year period.

I was struck down with an injury in my late twenties and made the decision to Travel overseas for 3 years. When I returned I tried to get back to Rugby but seemed to lack the passion and drive I once had for the sport.

I tried my hand at a new endeavour and found myself weight training. I had some idea of what to do, though was not really educated. I became addicted to the ‘pump’ and found myself training 3-4 days a week.

I made mistakes throughout the initial parts of my training and made the decision to further educate myself in fitness, health and nutrition.

Before I reached the point of creating Paul’s Body Engineering I had 12 years of experience in the building, construction and engineering industries. Through various management roles, I always managed to achieve success as a professional with one main philosophy rising above all others.

I emphasise and bring this same philosophy to Paul's Body Engineering.

My fitness background includes 10 years as a schoolboy and Representative Rugby Union Player, International Netball player and success as a Junior golfer. We go into this and my background in more detail on the Paul’s Body Engineering Podcast, found on most major podcast provider platforms.
