Nikifit Group & Personal Training

“Fitness can be incorporated into everyone’s lifestyle and you can have fun doing it.” I believe that anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their age or fitness experience may be. I try to create a training environment that motivates, educates and empowers people to continually challenge themselves by keeping workouts interesting and varied so that my clients are having fun whilst staying engaged and focused.

I wish to share my passion and knowledge of health and fitness with others so they can take these teachings and incorporate them into their own lifestyle to strengthen both body and mind and improve self-confidence, personal motivation and fitness levels.

When I’m not hanging out at the gym I love camping, music festivals, the great outdoors, dancing and generally having a good time.
