Extras Club programs focus on a variety of tools including speed, agility, conditioning, skills and teaching work ethic. We do offer sports specific contact sessions for Rugby League & Rugby Union as well. Extras club is for everyone, we have Basketballers, netballers, touch players as well as Rugby league and union players who attend and enjoy our sessions. We find athletes are able to learn skills at Extras Club and apply them across multiple sports. Training with Extras Club is a great way to work at those little 1%ers and can be a pathway to playing in our Elite Avengers teams for special events.
