PSM has studied the NFL Combine Camp and modified it to suit Rugby League. PSM camp participants will be put through the following testing stages over the course of the day.

¬ Physical o Bench Press o Vertical & Horizontal Jump o Beep Test o Sprints 10m / 20m / 40m o Agility Test

¬ Defense – Not full contact (One on One drills / Ruck plays / Decision making drills)

¬ Attack (Skills drills / Ball drills / Kick drills / Decision making drills / Ruck drills)

PSM Academy participants will have the opportunity to gain real experience from current NRL stars along with up to date health and fitness information.

The PSM Academy day will also cover an information session for both junior athletes and their parents.

There will be a select number of guest speakers, who will provide their insight to what it takes to become a professional NRL player: o Athlete Welfare & Mental Health o Finance o Strength & Conditioning o Current Professional NRL Athlete Perspective

Registration will open on the day from 8:30am, with the Academy commencing at 9am and will conclude at 3:30pm. Your son will also be provided with a Puma PSM Pathways T-Shirt and lunch on the day.
